Insurances:​

I do not participate in any insurance panels. As an out-of-network provider, I encourage each potential patient to consult with their insurance provider regarding out-of-network benefits for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
At the end of the session, the Electronic Medical Record system will automatically charge the patient’s credit card on file and provide them with a Superbill with all the codes the insurance company needs. I recommend calling your insurance company to ask how they reimburse for “out-of-network mental health.”
You can ask the following questions when you contact your insurance carrier regarding out-of-network benefits:

⦁ Do I have out-of-network mental health insurance benefits?

⦁ What is my deductible, and has it been met?

⦁ How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

⦁ What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

⦁ Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Reduced Fee:
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis and require supportive documentation indicating the patient’s financial limitations.

Payment:
At the end of the session, the Electronic Medical Record system will automatically charge the patient’s credit cards and issue an invoice that will be accessible through the Client Portal.

Cancellation Policy:
If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment and have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full session cost.
